Machine Operator

About the Role
We're hiring a Concrete Block Machine Operator to run our block-making machine. No prior experience is needed. You'll get 1-2 weeks hands-on training. This is a machine-operation role with no manual labor and no carrying of blocks. Our team handles loading and moving finished blocks.
Responsibilities
•
Operate the concrete block machine safely and efficiently
•
Set up and adjust machine settings for different block sizes
•
Monitor production to maintain consistent block quality
•
Carry out daily checks and basic cleaning of the machine
•
Report faults or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately
•
Keep simple daily production records
•
Follow all safety rules and instructions of the supervisor.
Requirements
•
Minimum basic education SSCE/WAEC
•
Basic numeracy and ability to read simple instructions
•
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
•
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures
•
Experience with machinery is an advantage, but not required
