Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the company's IT infrastructure
- Managing the IT team
- Ensuring the security and efficiency of systems
- Implementing technology solutions
- Providing technical support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and leading a team
- Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and data backup
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) | or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Experience in the printing industry or smartcard manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
