Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements and efficiencies
- Manages IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Manages the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardwares, softwares and other IT tools/infrastructure
- Provides high-level support, troubleshooting and fixes for network issues, hardwares, softwares and other IT issues
- Ensures regular back-ups of all network/IT systems and disaster recovery plans. Also ensures that they are regularly tested for fitness for purpose.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and IT assets; Responds promptly and effectively to incidents
- Manages procurement of IT equipment and software; Manages contracts with IT vendors and service providers
- Coordinates with all departments/business units to understand and fulfil their technology needs
- Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field with relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive experience in IT Management or a similar role.
