Your Mission
You will be the face of TalentPop to the creator community. You’ll spend your days engaging with talented individuals and building a network that serves as the engine for our e-commerce success. Your ability to negotiate and build rapport will be the key to our high-impact campaigns.
Daily Core Tasks

• Outreach & Engagement: Proactively source and engage influencers who resonate with our brand and specific campaign goals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand goals and measurable KPIs.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
• Content Quality Control: Provide creative direction and review content to ensure brand alignment.
• Performance Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure performance and generate optimization reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with social media and content teams for seamless campaign integration.
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing and broader digital marketing.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement.
• Analytical skills to interpret data into actionable strategies.
• Passionate about brand storytelling and campaign innovation.
  

Work From Home Requirements
Must have a personally owned PC/Laptop (Intel i5 / 8GB RAM minimum) and a reliable 25 Mbps internet connection.
