As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in the client hotel

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understand proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Inspect work areas for cleanliness and adherence to quality standards, manage inventory levels, and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in any related field
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Location: Candidates must reside around the Ajah area.
