Our client, Hams&Shem; Growth Strategy Co. is a leading CMO-As-A-Service company based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to driving growth and innovation for our clients through strategic marketing solutions. We partner with businesses to deliver data-driven growth strategies that optimize performance and accelerate success. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Growth Marketer & Hacker to join our team and spearhead our growth initiatives. As a Growth Marketer & Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with our clients to identify growth opportunities, implement data-driven tactics, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and target audience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Identify key growth metrics and set performance targets.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.).
  • Utilize growth hacking techniques to identify and exploit low-cost, high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.

Content and Creative Development:

  • Work with the content team to create compelling and shareable content that drives engagement.
  • Develop creative marketing assets, including landing pages, email templates, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client messaging.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Implement strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers.
  • Develop and manage customer referral and loyalty programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to segment and target customer audiences effectively.

Technical Growth Hacking:

  • Leverage technology and automation to scale marketing efforts.
  • Implement and manage marketing technology stacks (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools).
  • Stay updated with the latest growth hacking tools, techniques, and trends.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure alignment and achieve growth objectives.
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role with a strong track record of driving growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and experience working with diverse clients is a plus.
