Drivers benefit from lower commission rates, flexible working hours, and the ability to earn competitively without leaving their hometowns. SlickRide is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, with incentives for new riders and founding drivers to join the platform. Built around the belief that Sagamu and its neighboring communities deserve their own transport solution, SlickRide focuses on serving local needs rather than using models built for larger cities.

About the Role:

SlickRide is recruiting two Driver Growth Campaign Officers to lead a one-month driver recruitment campaign across Ogun State. The objective is to recruit, onboard and support qualified private car owners to join the SlickRide platform.

Primary Objective:

Recruit and successfully onboard as many qualified drivers as possible within one month while maintaining high-quality applications and a professional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit private car owners across Ogun State.
• Visit garages, mechanic workshops, estates, hotels and transport hubs to recruit drivers.
• Explain SlickRide's benefits and onboarding process.
• Help drivers complete registration and submit documents.
• Follow up with applicants until they become approved drivers.
• Coordinate inspections and onboarding with the SlickRide team.
• Identify fleet owners and partnership opportunities.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
2. Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people.
3. Good knowledge of Ogun State is an advantage.
4. Owns a smartphone.
5. Sales, marketing or business development experience is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Qualified driver leads generated.
• Completed driver registrations.
• Approved drivers onboarded.
• Quality and consistency of follow-up.
• Daily and weekly reporting.

Compensation:

Successful candidates will receive a fixed contract fee of N100,000 for the one-month campaign. High-performing officers may be considered for an extension or a permanent opportunity as SlickRide expands.
