Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our client's co-working space and plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and well-organized environment for members, guests, partners, and service providers. The role involves front desk management, customer support, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to members, visitors, and partners professionally
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist members with check-ins, membership information, and general support
- Manage bookings for co-working workspaces, meetings, and events
- Coordinate visitor access and notify relevant staff or partners
- Maintain accurate daily records (attendance, bookings, inquiries)
- Support bookstore and product inquiries when needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting
- Uphold the company's brand image, values, and customer service standards
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets)
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
