Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc).
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Receive letters, and packages and distribute them.
  • monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in front desk representative or Admin.
  • Familiarity with office machines and equipment.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Competent writing and communication skills.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking abilities.
