Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Marketer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in both field and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and meeting target-based sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to think critically while collaborating with team members to enhance business processes.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Get sales using various customer sales methods and techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets consistently.
  • Forecast sales and develop innovative sales strategies and models.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Research accounts to identify potential sales leads and opportunities.
  • Generate and follow through on sales leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Manage and drive sales activities to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, sales trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.




Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in both field and digital marketing.
  • OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven experience in customer sales methods and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to forecast sales and develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models.
  • Capability to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive sales initiatives.
  • Experience in researching accounts and generating/following through sales leads
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to optimize business processes.
  • Must be target-driven, as remuneration is dependent on achieving sales targets
