Our client, a key player in the Hospitality industry seeks the services of a Facility Officer, you will be a key team member responsible for ensuring the seamless operations and maintenance of our leisure facility.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
- Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professional
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance order
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
- Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 Gross
