Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Utilize SmartLead software to manage email lists, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Personalize email messaging effectively using Clay to enhance engagement and response rates.
• Generate leads through scraping tools like Apollo & Zoominfo, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies for improved outcomes.
• Coordinate with sales teams to facilitate lead handoff and booking meetings on calendars.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.
• Email warmups

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in email marketing roles.
• Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as SmartLead or Instantly.
• Strong understanding of personalization techniques using Clay or similar tools.
• Experience in lead generation using scraping tools like Apollo & Zoominfo.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and integration with email marketing platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
