We seek a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting our company and its products/services. Your role will encompass a wide range of digital channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce engaging and SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and technologies.

 

Requirements: 

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus.
