Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.)
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to attract and retain customers
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies
• Manage and update the company website and social media accounts
• Identify and target potential customers through online channels
• Engage with leads to convert them to paying customers
• Maintaining existing customer base to ensure continuous after-sales support and patronage
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market
• Organize and participate in online events and promotions to boost brand awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in the food industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and PPC advertising
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Hootsuite)
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 200,000
