The ideal candidate will drive the online presence and engagement of UNNO Health Group and its subsidiaries, including Skintivity Skincare, Skin101 Clinics, Ashley Medical Services Limited, and Luminuex Technology. The role will involve creating compelling content, optimizing digital channels, and developing campaigns that resonate with our brand.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
  • Create engaging and persuasive content that tells the story of our brand, services, and products in the health and wellness industry.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience interaction, and performance analysis.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized communication that drives engagement and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities in the aesthetic services sector.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and materials.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance our marketing strategies.
  • Manage online ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram ads, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives, identifying partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches, ensuring they are communicated effectively online.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry, including aesthetic services.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a strong understanding of how to craft narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices, particularly in the beauty and wellness sectors.
  • Experience in managing paid digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) with a track record of driving growth.
  • Knowledge of website management and SEO best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation in digital marketing
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
