Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services across various digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels for improved visibility and engagement.
- Perform ongoing market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other metrics, and report on the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create engaging digital contents.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content development and SEO efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and strategies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience in content marketing and managing social media campaigns.
