Job Summary
Our client in hotel development and management, is looking to hire a Digital Business Lead who will be responsible for leading the operations of their digital business from concept to implementation which will include the overall growth strategy, leadership of the team, external communications, and marketing and sales efforts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Revalidate the business case for the digital business
- Develop a plan that shows the stages for the business from concept to implementation.
- Work with the consultant to select a vendor to develop the digital platform of the business.
- Lead execution of product development plan.
- Develop a plan for marketing and customer service and create an appropriate user acquisition strategy.
- Establish strategic partnerships with other companies to reach customer growth targets.
- Develop a business plan for the digital business.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably MBA in the field of Business Administration and Finance
- Prior experience in sales and/or leadership efforts in a startup company, preferably with a background in financial services
- Track record of building innovative, creative, and collaborative teams
- Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day-to-day operations on the digital business
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonalĀ skills
- Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
