Responsibilities
To ensure that all services in the HFs are documented in the appropriate NHMIS tools/registers by facility staff. To mentor facility staff on proper data documentation and reporting in all RMNCH related NHMIS tools and supplementary tools To performs regular data quality checks and monitors for gaps. To support facility QI teams in monthly data collation and validation meetings and support them use their data for decision making. To support health facilities, collate and enter data into the project monthly summary form To support facilities, ensure no stock out of data documentation and reporting tools by liaising with relevant stakeholders. Address any other M&E issues as they present on the field. Performance Measurement
Complete, correct, and timely documentation of client's information in service delivery registers by facility staff Complete, accurate and timely data reporting and submission of project MSF to M&E optimizer Completed timesheet authenticated by a M&E Optimizer and Jhpiego M&E
Required Qualifications
Must have basic education qualification at least (, Diploma, Degrees). Strong understanding of NHMIS data tools and reporting processes Previous experience in data collection, research, or fieldwork activities preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with data collection tools or software Be resident in LGA/Bauchi state. Speaks the local dialect and English language will be an added advantage Willing and committed to work on Jhpiego volunteer engagement terms.
