We seek a Creative & Growth Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our user base. As a Creative and Growth Marketing Executive at Volta, you will devise and execute strategies to attract new users through various channels, such as content creation, PPC campaigns, and community engagement.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies to acquire new users and drive user engagement.
  • Find new product solution concepts, theme-based strategic creatives focusing on customer's intent, seasonal creatives, and relatable content (finding the sweet spots - that focus on product solution to the audience's lifestyle)
  • Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to increase visibility and attract targeted traffic.
  • Build and nurture relationships within relevant communities to increase brand awareness and foster user engagement.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and support company growth objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Self-motivated and ambitious
