Content Strategist / Editor-in-Chief

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with our brand voice, target audience, and business objectives.
• Engaging Video Production: Ideate, script, and produce compelling video content for YouTube and other platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and captivating storytelling.
• Editorial Excellence: Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and adheres to industry best practices, maintaining our reputation for top-notch content.
• Audience Insights: Utilize analytics to gain insights into audience behaviour, preferences, and trends, adapting content strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Cross-Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content across multiple platforms, including our websites and social media channels.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and content innovations, implementing fresh ideas to captivate our audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role in the media industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing content strategies.
• Proficiency in video production, including scriptwriting, editing, and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of audience analytics and content performance metrics.
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A passion for innovation and staying on top of emerging trends in media and content creation.
