The Content Creator/Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing content across all our social media platforms. This role is crucial in shaping our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate must be passionate about wellness, highly creative, and understand of social media trends.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and written content) for our social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and core values of wellness and relaxation.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, client experiences, and events to create authentic and relatable content.
  • Manage and monitor presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop a content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent posting to increase engagement and follower growth.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
  • Craft compelling and informative captions, blog posts, and other written materials that tell Sayria’s story and promote services.
  • Highlight customer success stories, wellness tips, and industry trends to position Sayria as a leader in the wellness space.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to feature relevant content such as promotions, new services, or expert advice from staff members.
  • Use social media insights and trends to recommend strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Support the execution of paid social media ads, ensuring content aligns with targeted campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Optimize content for SEO to drive traffic to the website and increase visibility in search results.
  • Collaborate with the spa’s operations team to create content that reflects real-time events, promotions, and customer experiences.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills, with the ability to create visually compelling content.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising (preferred).
  • Passion for the spa, wellness, and lifestyle industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to stay on top of social media trends.
