Job Summary

We are a media and branding company looking for an Office Secretary to maintain the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. They handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform a huge array of other essential tasks.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Graduate trainee
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

  • answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • typing, preparing and collating reports
  • filing
  • organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • managing databases
  • prioritising workloads
  • implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Requirement

  • An SSCE Holder
  • Good knowledge of coral draw
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Suite
  • Male
  • 18-25years
