Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of precast concrete manufacturing processes, including slabs, hollow blocks, columns, and panels.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing techniques, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective production.
- Conduct feasibility studies, analyze technical data, and provide recommendations for improvements in production methods and materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations governing precast concrete manufacturing.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases of projects.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and meet customer specifications.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment used in the precast concrete manufacturing process.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification HND degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
