Talent Hackers is seeking a Chief of staff to the CEO & founders of a fast growing venture-backed fintech company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and visualize large / complex data sets to help drive insights for key projects
- Manage & drive the entire hiring process
- Drive project goals by consistently managing communication with stakeholders
- Perform manual research and data gathering to support projects as needed
- Perform other tactical tasks to support the CEO (inbox management, calendaring, etc)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years performing complex data analysis (preferably in investment banking or fintech)
- Intermediate - advanced capabilities in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a project management-related role
- Ability to work EST
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in a small business or start-up environment
- At least 1 year experience in any data manipulation language (R, SQL, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal team comms
