Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and inbound marketing efforts.
- Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other communication methods to generate interest in our products/services.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business challenges, and determine whether they are a good fit for our offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff of prospects.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective follow-up strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding qualified leads.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and share insights from customer interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is highly desirable.
- Proactive: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Goal-oriented: Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
