Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success (at least 2 years) in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Adequate knowledge in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of compelling proposals and pitches to win new business opportunities.
  • Proven experience with major social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content tailored to different social media channels.
  • Updated knowledge of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills such as rapport between clients and effective listening skills to understand client needs and feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite e.g. Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools for creating social media content.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize social media content for search engines.
  • Ability to Multitask projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development.
