Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to promote brand growth and market expansion.
Implement brand initiatives and properly leverage marketing communications to manage the company.
Oversee internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement and inclusion across the organization.
Craft content for internal & external communications activities and procedures, enhancing cross-functional engagement and brand image.
Lead product/service promotion strategies for print media and digital campaigns to support product/service launches and sales drives.
Monitor and ensure the uniformity of corporate communication plans, templates, taglines, and logo usage.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align brand strategies with business objectives and improve market positioning.

Analyze the brand’s performance, using data to improve profitability and leadership positioning in the market.
Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness among target audiences while ensuring compliance to statutory regulations.
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Brand Management, and Corporate Communications preferably in the Healthcare or Insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences in the health and insurance industry.
Excellent skills in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Ability to display a high level of adaptability in any given situation.
Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging communication materials and storytelling.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and corporate communications principles and best practices.
