As an Amazon Brand Management Associate, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategies to enhance our brand’s performance on the Amazon platform. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all aspects of our brand’s presence on Amazon, including product listings, content creation, reviews, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotions, enhance product visibility, and increase sales through optimized product content and effective advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze brand performance data to identify trends, evaluate competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, and monitor the marketplace for potential intellectual property violations.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance buyer satisfaction and trust.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels meet the demand without overstocking.
  • Participate in product development and sourcing based on market trends and consumer insights.
  • Assist in crisis management and troubleshooting for issues that may affect brand perception and sales.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a brand management role on Amazon
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central platforms.
  • Understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, including SEO, PPC advertising, and promotional tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
