Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. You will act as the point of contact for all employees, provide administrative support, manage queries, manage office stocks, prepare regular reports, budgets and organize company records, ensuring all administrative activates run smoothly.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities 
  • Check inventory and work with vendors to ensure adequate levels of supplies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, reports, budgets and ensuring everyone is aware of necessary company information.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of an HND in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Experience using Ms Office.
  • Good organization, time management, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience.
