Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to give good account of general administrative records and bookkeeping.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Customers account reconciliation and balancing
  • Payment confirmation and issuing of receipts¬†
  • KDs ledger reconciliation with back office
  • Expenses tracking and control
  • Expenses data collection
  • Provision of workable financial business advice
  • Internal auditing of business
  • Business health check
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Documentation of ALL KD purchases and sales


Requirements:

  • Ability to provide and as well comprehend good intellectual mindset in calculation
  • Minimum of OND (academically)
  • Good knowledge of Onitsha/Anambra/Asaba environs
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office


Location: The candidate must reside within Onitsha/Anambra/Asaba environs
