Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general accounting procedures.
- Assist in establishing a yearly budget and making relevant and necessary changes.
- Gather invoices and request approval.
- Ensure maximum compliance with tax laws.
- File payment vouchers and receipts.
- Communicate purchase information to management and reconcile figures weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Address all disparities that may arise.
- Keep inventory of all items and update the inventory book yearly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operation of general office equipment.
- Ability to record, file, and transmit information.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
