Service Advisor

Responsibilities: 

• Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
• Explaining repairs to customers
  
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
  
• Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
  
• Handling customer complaints
  
• Carrying out diagnosis and interpretation diagnostic reports to customers 
  

Requirements:

•  A minimum of OND/HND/BSc
  
• 2 years experience of working experience in a similar role
• The Ideal candidate should reside in Aba in Abia state

Location: Aba, Abia State

Salary range: NGN100,000 - 150,000

Note: The required experience must be narrowed to - Service Advisor in an Automobile workshop. We must have submissions from experienced individuals in this area only.
