As an Odoo developer, you will lead and participate in development projects for our product, and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Python framework, Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM), Team spirit, Good problem-solving skills, self-driven, flexible & dive to learn.
- Develop client solutions as part of a cross-functional team consisting of business advisors, other developers, and customer
- Have ownership of the assigned software modules/applications and deliver quality software solutions for projects on-time
- Design/develop an effective and scalable integrated solution within Odoo or third-party application integration
- Troubleshoot, debug, fix and upgrade software and ensure client software solution works robustly in the field
- Adhere to and promote best software programming practices such as coding standards, code, and design reviews, and test coverage
- Support any migration and software refresh activities
- Front end development
- Odoo CMS and security
- End to End implementation of the Odoo ERP system as per the business needs
- Should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of the custom modules in Odoo
- Train McGeorge team members that will also work with him
- The primary objective is to develop and enhance Python scripts and modules running in Windows and Linux environments also be able to document, analyse and understand the requirements, code and unit test, and Implement security & data protection solutions.
Requirements:
- Frontend: 1+ year experience working with Typescript / JavaScript
- Frontend: Functional knowledge of HTML and SASS/ LESS/CSS
- 1+ year experience working with any Object-Oriented programming language: Python preferred
- Familiarity with database architecture and design concepts (UML/ERD)
- Ability to debug and optimize existing tailored solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts with other members of the team and with external business partners & customers.
- Unix/Linux platform
Background:
- Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts
- Odoo framework knowledge
- Knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Knowledge of different Project Lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good communication capability in written and oral English communication
- Minimum 4 or more years experience in Odoo/Python Customization and module development
- Contribution to Open-Source Projects
