- Establish and improve the company's financial organizational management system.
- Guide the company in establishing and refining various financial systems and responsibilities, optimizing financial workflows.
- Organize the company's fund budgeting, control, accounting, and audit work, providing timely and accurate financial data analysis reports.
- Responsible for planning and supervising the company's fund inflow and outflow, as well as verification activities.
- Participate in the research and review of significant economic contracts and agreements for the company.
- Guide and train finance personnel in professional knowledge and financial system operations, continuously improving their professional qualifications.
- Handle other tasks assigned by company leadership.
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years or more of relevant work experience, excellent team management skills, and a preference for experience in e-commerce and internet financial analysis.
- Familiar with national financial management, budget management, GAAP requirements, and relevant tax regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with interest and enthusiasm for the e-commerce industry, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent logical thinking and analytical abilities, adept at analyzing various types of data, proficient in financial system operations, and everyday office software.
- Preferred professional certifications such as CICPA, CMA, CIA, AICPA, etc.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce financial work is a plus.
- English communication skills with foreign personnel.
The Financial Manager will be based in one particular African country and manage the Financial work in his own country and the neighboring countries. So the person must be able to work both inside and outside Nigeria. Accommodation will be provided outside Nigeria.
