The Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year employment opportunity designed to develop early-career talent through hands-on experience across key functions including Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Human Resources. The program offers structured learning, real-world exposure, and the chance to build a meaningful career within a purpose-driven, global organisation.

This opportunity is open to 

Graduates with a BSc. or B.Eng.

Background in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Human Resources

Anyone residing in or willing to reside in Lagos

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a recent graduate with a BSc in any of the disciplines listed above
  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2.1).
  • Must not be more than 26 years of age as at March 2026.
  • Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
