Jobberman Youth Engagement and Learning is an arm of Jobberman dedicated to upskilling young Nigerians and placing them in dignified work.
At Jobberman, we recognise the link between solid youth engagement and effectively matching our clients with the right talent. Our work revealed that most youths are underprepared to transition from education to the workplace.

As custodians of over 2.5 million job seekers on our platform, we are responsible for developing solutions that would better prepare youths for work while improving workplace productivity for our clients and other employers. We also engage them through various tools that equips them to become active participants in shaping their lives and directing their futures.
About Young Africa Works
In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, Jobberman aims to train millions of job seekers and place hundreds of thousands of them in dignified employment over the next five years.
The initiative aims to provide Nigerian job seekers with the skills they need to enhance their chances of securing work in an overcrowded job market, as well as place them in dignified work.
