- Head of Youth Engagement & Learning
- Assess customers’ needs and provide information on product features.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent written CVs.
- Provide logistics support for all Youth Engagement & Learning programs
- Support Soft Skills Curriculum Research
- Develop Case studies, quizzes and assignments for participants
- Respond to inquiries regarding CV services, learning, and Youth Engagement programs
- Prepare slide decks for speakers at Youth Engagement events
- Build and manage the database for events by identifying potential events and vendors that Youth Engagement can partner with
- Support the planning and organisation of Youth Engagement programs
- Maintaining relationship with vendors and managing their payment processes
- Managing the Youth Engagement LinkedIn page and provide content for it
- Manage the Youth Engagement help desk
- Manage our live chat
- Review and rewrite curriculum Vitae resume and cover letters.
- Provide career advisory services to clients and suggest learning opportunities
- Edit content for social media marketing campaigns and emails campaigns regarding CV services.
- Update client information sheet and back-end project schedule from start to finish.
- Other related activities and assignments as assigned by supervisor
