Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage and deliver exceptional CV writing services to Jobseeker Clients
- Proactively seek and grow opportunities to increase our CV services Clientele
- Prepare and maintain reports related to Learning & Development Activities
- Facilitate Soft-Skills Training
- Advise on the best approach to CV services
- Conduct in-depth analysis in providing holistic solutions to clients
- Prepare timely reports for training partners and solicit feedback
- Create and rewrite CVs of paid Jobberman Clients and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and conversion strategies for soft-skills training across all platforms
- Facilitate the Jobberman Soft Skills Training online and in physical classes
- Support on partner reporting and relationship management
- Provide content for the YE website as a tool for post-training engagement
- Provide operational support for monitoring and reporting of the soft skills training
Requirements:
- B.Sc or B.A in Business related fields. M.Sc/MBA desired
- Minimum of 2 years experience with NGOs & Public Sector desired
- Hands-on expertise in research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and research writing will be given preference
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including internal leadership, and sponsor organizations.
