Job Summary
We are looking for an auto workshop manager to manage our auto workshop. This person must be able to run the auto workshop profitably through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, and maintenance of all service records.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
- Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and qualify
- Ensure that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean
- Ensure the proper care, storage, and inventory of special tools.
- Ensure that customer service files are up to date and readily available for reference.
- Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership guides.
- Establishes and maintains 24-hour follow-up with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service.
- Maintains a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly Gross
