Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate WHMCS Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help our clients make the most of their hosting experience. This role is essential to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they understand and use WHMCS features effectively. You will be the key point of contact for onboarding, educating, and assisting clients in using our services, working to reduce churn and increase client satisfaction.

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, helping them get set up and comfortable with WHMCS and their hosting plan.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide resources, and recommend WHMCS features that add value to their experience.
  • Monitor and track client success metrics, addressing any concerns to prevent churn and enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical support to ensure complex issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Act as a client advocate by providing feedback to the team on potential service improvements and client needs.
  • Help educate clients on the best practices of WHMCS, billing, and account management.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or support role, preferably in the web hosting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WHMCS and web hosting fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • A proactive, customer-first approach, with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
  • Ability to track and analyze client success metrics to proactively address potential issues.
