Job Summary

We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll create engaging, high-quality content for the websites and apps we develop for our diverse clients. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to produce content that reflects each client’s brand voice

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, compelling content for websites and apps, including homepage copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and in-app text.
  • Write persuasive marketing materials, such as ads, email campaigns, and social media posts, tailored to each client’s objectives and audience.
  • Produce concise, user-friendly microcopy for app interfaces (e.g., buttons, error messages, onboarding instructions) to improve navigation and engagement.
  • Create accessible documentation, such as user manuals or help articles, that simplifies complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Implement SEO best practices, perform keyword research, and optimize content to boost search visibility and user traffic.
  • Engage with clients to understand their brand identity and goals, incorporating their feedback into content drafts.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content aligns with design layouts and integrates smoothly into the development process.
  • Research client industries (e.g., tech, healthcare, e-commerce) to create authentic, industry-specific content.
  • Polish content to meet our agency’s high standards, ensuring it’s error-free and adheres to client style guides.
  • Use CMS platforms to upload, edit, and manage content for client projects.


Requirements:

  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a sharp eye for detail and mastery of tone and grammar.
  • Demonstrated skill in adjusting writing style for various industries, platforms, and purposes (e.g., marketing, UX, technical).
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword integration and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to write microcopy that enhances usability.
  • Capability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise documentation.
  • Strong aptitude for researching new topics and industries quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), writing tools (e.g., Grammarly), and basic web technologies (e.g., HTML).
  • A robust portfolio featuring examples of web content, app copy, marketing materials, and technical writing.
