Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring all orders are delivered correctly and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including setting tables and stocking supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and provide accurate change, handling transactions with care.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and hygiene practices.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a waitress in a restaurant.
• Must reside near Abule-Egba, Lagos.
• Honest and loyal individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on holidays, Sundays, and Saturdays.

Work Schedule:

• 2 days on, 2 days off.
• Staff meal included.
