As we grow our vibrant community of purpose-driven women, we are seeking a passionate and creative Community Manager (Volunteer) to lead community growth and engagement across digital platforms. We provide business skills training, professional and leadership development, and coaching services to help women break free from limiting beliefs and achieve their full potential. Role Description
- This is a volunteer remote role for a Community Manager and an Assistant Community Manager. The Community Manager will engage with the SWSB community daily, facilitating discussions, organizing online events, and providing support to community members.
Tasks include
- Developing and executing strategies to grow our online community numbers (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Managing social media platforms,
- Creating and curating content, moderating forums, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- The Community Manager will also collaborate with team members to develop and implement community engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Community management, social media management, and content creation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with online event planning and facilitation
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for empowering women and promoting entrepreneurship
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
- Degree or experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
