Virtual, Planning and Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are Looking for proactive Executive Assistants whose responsibilities will cut across providing support to ensure efficient operations.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • Assist the manager with any administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage email accounts and phone calls
  • Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and advertising and recommend improvements.
  • Content promotion(via social media handle)
  • Keep up to date all social media handles
  • Prepare and analyze various reports. Create presentations, as assigned
  • Manage a contact list of all members
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Organize managers’ calendars
  • Create E-flyers for electronic advert
  • Address client’s  administrative queries
  • Handle projects as may be assigned
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • conduct online research
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Keep track of expenses and be able to provide expense reports
  • Develop basic proposals and presentations
  • And any other duties as may be assigned


Requirements


  • First degree in relevant field with at least two years experience in administrative position
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role would be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  •  Excellent knowledge of graphic designs
  • Positive attitude to life
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
