Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven work experience preferably as a UX Content Writer, UX Writer, Content Strategist, within banking or financial services industry, Fintech, and digital banking environment.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with designers, developers, and product managers.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and information architecture.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
