- Small or unstructured businesses and employees acquisition within an LGA
- Grow liability and quality assets in the LGA
- Promote Moniepont brands in the LGA
- Serve as business relationship managers to these businesses and employees
- Develop stickiness strategy/plans for acquired businesses and employees
- Onboard businesses and employees on channels and products
- Work with salesforce, agent network, and branches on customer acquisition and retention plans
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a direct sales agent
- Existing experience as direct sales agent managing a couple of sales agents
- Experience with financial products and services
- Familiarity with fees generating products and services
- Industry or competitors awareness of e-banking products
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
