Treasury Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate loans and financing options.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize cash management strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective budget management and financial planning.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee treasury-related processes, including payments, collections, and investments.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or finance, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
• Proficient in treasury management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
