Job Summary
Regularly develop training and consultancy Services proposals over a wide range of subject areas (procurement, monitoring and evaluation, health, education, financial, tax, environment and social safeguard, social protection...) as may be dictated by market needs and management requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Proposals Development:
- Regularly generate data to complement proposals being developed.
- Professional and timely response to “Expression of Interest” and “Request for Proposals” from clients.
- Regularly package quality and competitive technical and financial proposals.
- Write quality and acceptable, inception, mid-term, draft, fieldwork, progress, and other reports for our clients
- Provide regular technical support to the marketing unit in the marketing of proposals and services of the organisation.
Research:
- Carry out daily research on all areas of our training programmes and suggest new areas with a view to continuously expanding our client base, and upgrading the training modules and materials.
- Conduct literature review covering a wide range of topics for consultancy assignments and other projects
- Make weekly presentations of research findings.
- Document and submit the research works and findings to Management on weekly basis.
Module Delivery And Presentation:
- Regularly develop and present training modules for participants attending SMTCS training programmes.
- Ensure facilitators present topics allocated to them in a manner that would ensure the transfer of knowledge and return on investment for participants.
- Ensure all tasks allocated to our external faculty are well delivered.
Programme Planning:
- Efficiently and effectively plan for all logistics ahead of training or/and consultancy services.
- Regularly source for the most competent resource persons for all assignments.
- Ensure thorough documentation of invitation to resource persons.
- Liaise with accounting department to develop cost effective budgets for all trainings and consultancy services.
- Develop a checklist for all programme requirements and ensure regular availability in the right condition.
Programme Coordination And Reporting:
- Effectively coordinate assigned training programmes or research projects.
- Ensure regular satisfaction of all training participants.
- Promptly attend to the needs of the clients.
- Carry out daily registration and documentation of training participants.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on participants’ performance.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on resource persons’ performance.
- Ensure judicious application of approved budget and other material resources to obtain maximum value.
- Submit training and consultancy comprehensive reports immediately upon completion of the exercise.
- Regularly carry out and document post-programme evaluation of training programmes through the use of a Post-Programme Evaluation form which is to be sent to Line Managers, Co-workers, and Superiors of participants who had attended a particular training programme for performance evaluation.
Training/Academic Records Management:
- Regularly ensure proper and comprehensive record-keeping of academic manuscripts and participant’s results for all training programmes organized.
- Ensure a copy of all academic records and relevant documents are submitted to the Deputy Chief Consultant’s office as when due.
Pre-Programme Survey And Post Programme Evaluation:
- Document pre-programme survey, and knowledge level evaluation of participants before commencement of any of the training programmes.
- Carry out and document post-programme evaluation of training programmes through the use of a Post-Programme Evaluation form which is to be sent to Line Managers, Co-workers and Superiors of participants who had attended a particular training programme for performance evaluation.
- Carry out other tasks and duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree In Social Science, Arts, Education, Science, (emphasis is on your creativity)
- Professional qualification (s) relevant to the job might be an added advantage.
- Master’s degree (NOT a requirement) might be an added advantage

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
