Job Description/Requirements


LOCATION: OWERRI

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
 BSC in Education, Business, Information Technology or related field.
 Membership in any Talent and Training Association will be an added
advantage.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Must have excellent knowledge of micro soft word and excel.
 Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position.
 Good interpersonal skills & communication.


RESPONSIBILITY
 Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
 Conduct employee surveys & interviews.
 Ability to interpret data.
 Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
 Communicate training needs.
 Create training strategies, initiatives and materials.
 Timely update of training materials.
 Maintain a database of all training materials.
 Handle employee training and on-boarding.
 Periodic review of employee performance.
