Job Summary

This is a sales performance-based program designed by Traction to reward marketers for every merchant/business owner they refer to the business or recommend our products to; of course, this is strictly based on the effort of the marketer to bring in as many sales/ referrals as possible. The idea behind it is to promote Tractions products and services and earn a commission for doing so. Simple! Furthermore, as an SME Consultant, your main aim is to promote as many products or viable products of Traction as you can to earn a commission that is based on sales or referrals.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

About Traction Apps 

Traction Apps is on a mission to enhance the growth and institutionalisation of African SMEs. We are building a digital operating platform that helps SMEs make better business decisions and operate their businesses more efficiently. 

Our products provide business owners with solutions to accept payments (via POS terminals, Bank transfers, QR), get loans for their businesses and get free business tools to grow (e.g. retail management and inventory management system). 

How does the SME Consult Program work? 

  • An intending SME Consultant joins either of the groups(Whatsapp or Telegram).
  • Attends the training programs online or physically to better understand the products and what the company is driving at. 
  • Provide account details and get work tools(Branded T-shirt, Referral Code and Fliers) 
  • Start Selling the different products 
  • SME manager monitors the progress of SME Consultants and provides updates
  • Consultants get paid weekly

Who can be an SME Consultant? 

This is a freelance sales representative for Traction Apps whose responsibility is to sell suitable products and proffer solutions to SME businesses that need these solutions which would, in turn, help these business owners be organised and maximise growth. As an SME consultant, you must be able to communicate effectively, operate a smartphone, be solution-oriented and able to negotiate. 

What commission do SME consultants receive?

  • This varies from product to product.

  • Weekly
